PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication adaptor that can communicate with a data terminal, a near distance wireless data communication terminal and a data communication channel and select interfaces. SOLUTION: The data communication adaptor is provided with a data communication interface section connected to a terminal, with a data communication interface connected to a communication channel, and with a near distance wireless data communication section, and controls the selection of the data communication interface for between the data communication interface section connected to the terminal and the data communication interface section connected to the communication channel, for between the data communication interface section and the near distance wireless communication section connected to the communication channel, and for between the data communication interface section connected to the terminal and the near distance wireless data communication section respectively.
