PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve rigidity among plural holding parts while restraining increase of weigh of a holder on which plural holding parts to hold plural energizing members are provided, in a valve system of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: This valve system of an internal combustion engine is furnished with plural energizing members 31-35 to energize plural locker arms 17-19, 23, 24 to be interlocked with an engine valve made of an air intake valve and an exhaust valve by bouncing force and a holder 50 on which plural holding parts 51-55 to hold those energizing members 31-35 are provided. Rigidity between the holding parts 51-53 or the holding parts 54, 55 is improved as at least the two holding parts 51, 52, 53 are directly connected to each other and integrated or at least the two holding parts 54, 55 are directly connected to fastening parts C1, C4, C7, C10 to install the holder 50 on an engine main body.
