<p>Loose-leaf sheets can be removed from or attached to the rings of a ring binder file by using a semi-rigid plastic strip (1) with one of its edges cut out to form flexible clips (2) with an inlet (3) and aperture (4) between curved arms (5). The clips are made at points on the strip corresponding to the positions of the rings and can be clipped on or off the rings without having to open them. The sheets can be attached to the strip by clips, pockets, permanent or temporary adhesive.</p> |
