PURPOSE: A system and a method for a mail relay service are provided to offer an unused domain to Internet users with some charge so that they can make a mail with personality, and give a part of sale money to the personality mail user when the domain is sold. CONSTITUTION: The system includes a terminal(100), a web server(120), an Internet connection network(110), a mail server(130) and a web site(160). The web server(120) includes a control part(151), a domain database(152), a registration person database(153), a user database(154) and an input process program(155). The web server(120) further includes a common gateway and an apparatus for managing a web site of a payment program(156).
