PURPOSE: A hydrofluoric acid wastewater treatment method is provided to reduce investment cost and operation cost of the treatment process by treating the wastewater with spiral reverse osmotic membrane after coagulation settlement and filtration. CONSTITUTION: Hydrofluoric acid concentration of hydrofluoric acid wastewater is lowered and particulate material is removed by coagulation(a-1), settlement(a-2) and multilayer filtration(a-3) equipments. The hydrofluoric acid wastewater is treated with spiral reverse osmotic membrane(b-1), so that filtered water is reused as treated water and the concentrated water is coagulated, settled and discharged.
