PURPOSE: A magnetizer installed on the out side of a pump exit of a lubricator is provided to improve quality of fuel in a vehicle caused by the effect of magnetic field while filling fuel into a fuel tank of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A fuel passing pipe(11) is inserted between an upper magnetizer(22) and a lower magnetizer(18). The neodymium is attached to the outside of an exit pipe of a lubricator to influence the fuel passing pipe by magnetic field. The oiliness is changed by the magnetic field in filling the oil through the lubricator to improve quality of the fuel in a vehicle. The fuel is instantly changed as magnetized state while the fuel passing through the magnetizer. The magnetizer physically improves the quality of the fuel and the thermal efficiency. Moreover, the magnetizer reduces pollution of exhaust gas by increasing the thermal efficiency and by helping complete combustion while saving the energy.
