PURPOSE: A high output sound-vibration converting apparatus is provided to obtain high output vibration energy by allowing the frame with a magnet attached to the frame, to vibrate in accordance with the reciprocating rotating movement of the electromagnet. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a magnet(11) fixed to a housing(23), and an electromagnet(13) arranged to be opposed to N-pole or S-pole of the magnet. The electromagnet reciprocates in such directions to get close to or away from the magnet in accordance with the interaction between the polarity formed at the electromagnet by the acoustic signal applied to a coil(15) and the polarity of the magnet opposed to the electromagnet. The electromagnet is manufactured by winding the coil around a central protruded portion(13a) of an E-shaped iron core which has three protruded portions(13a,13b,13c). The electromagnet includes an inertial weight(17) which increases inertial force of the reciprocating movement of the electromagnet. Thus, a frame(25) to which the magnetic is attached, vibrates in accordance with the reciprocating rotating movement of the electromagnet.
