PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture L-blocks having various heights or sloped top using a single form. SOLUTION: In the so-called side-forming L-block form, an end plate is movable in the horizontal direction between concrete diaphragms and a support means is provided, in a length adjustable manner, to the end plate from a reaction member fitted to the back side of the end plate, so that the support means supports the end plate moved to a desired position. The block with a varying height can be manufactured by moving the end plate. In addition, the block with a sloped top can be manufactured by making it possible to slope the end plate freely.
