PURPOSE: A method for preparing a guardrail is provided, to recycle waste rubber for saving the cost, and buffering the impact of a car. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of separating a rubber having the affinity with an urethane binder from waste rubber and pulverizing the separated rubber to the size of 3 mm or less; mixing 8-10 parts by weight of an urethane binder and 100 parts by weight of the pulverized rubber, and stirring the mixture for 5 min at high speed; inserting the mixture into a mold and press molding it at 165-180 deg.C, and first-stage curing it at room temperature for 24 hours or more; treating the surface of molded one by using an urethane adhesive, an urethane resin and a luminant paint; and finally curing the surface-treated one at 60-80 deg.C for 48 hours or more.
