PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a non-halogen flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition excellent in impact resistance, heat resistance and flame retardancy, particularly excellent in practical impact resistance. SOLUTION: This flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin comprising a copolymer obtained by graft polymerizing a monomer component mainly composed of an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinyl cyanide compound in the presence of a rubbery polymer having a specific particle size distribution and, if necessary, a copolymer of the above monomer component and having a specific graft ratio and a rubber content and (B) 5-20 pts.wt. of a condensed phosphate having a specific structure and/or a phosphazene compound. The resin composition may contain (C) a lubricant and preferably has a specific melt flow rate.
