摘要 PURPOSE: A gain controller of a semiconductor fiber amplifier using an optical fiber grating is provided to control finely a gain of a semiconductor fiber amplifier by using an optical grating. CONSTITUTION: An input portion(100) receives an optical signal. An output portion(170) outputs the optical signal. An input optical isolator(110) and an output optical isolator(160) are connected with the input portion(100) and the output portion(170), respectively in order to set paths of the input and the output optical signal. A tensile fiber grating(120) is connected with the input optical isolator(110) in order to control finely a reflective wavelength. A semiconductor fiber amplifier(130) is connected with the tensile fiber grating(120) to amplify the optical signal. A power supply(140) provides power to the semiconductor amplifier(130). A fiber grating(150) having a predetermined reflective wavelength is connected with the semiconductor amplifier(130).
