PURPOSE: To provide a connecting module that realize a connection structure capable of coping with high speed signal transmission for an integrated circuit element. CONSTITUTION: The integrated circuit element 50 which is mounted on the printed circuit board 70 comprises a rear side electrode 52 on its rear side 51. A connector block 2 having an engaging recess 21 capable of mounting and detaching the connector 1 is fixed on the rear side 51 of the integrated circuit element 50. By inserting the connector 1 into the engaging recess 21, a signal transmission channel outside the printed circuit board 70 through FPC cable 3 connected with the connector is provided. And an engaging piece 12 is formed in the housing 11 of the connector 1. The connector 1 can be locked with connecting block 2 by engaging the engaging piece 12 with the locking hole 22 of the connecting block 2.
