PURPOSE: An optical disk drive is provided to repress interference between a porter interrupter and a motor fixing bracket, and to conveniently combine an eject spring. CONSTITUTION: A pickup driving motor(31) contains side wall units(53a,53b), and a connect unit(61) contacted with an output terminal of the pickup driving motor for connecting the side wall units. Moreover, support protrusions(69) contacted with a base member are formed on a lower surface of a motor fixing bracket(51). A long side wall unit(53a) contains a substrate combining unit(54) for mounting a substrate assembly. A photo interrupter is combined to the substrate assembly, and a cut unit is formed on the connect unit for preventing interruption with the photo interrupter. A short side wall unit(53b) contains a spring hole(60) for combining a hook of an eject spring. At one side of the spring hole, a guide groove(59) is formed for guiding the hook of the eject spring.
