<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respond to a request of operation management technology for allowing each mail user to be conscious of mail cost in accordance with the rapid spread of an electronic mail(e-mail) system. SOLUTION: In an e-mail operation management system, the use of an e-mail is judged from the transmitter, receiver, title and text of the e-mail on the basis of a use judging condition table for judging the use of a previously prepared e-mail or the excess of real quantity consumed from a limit value is judged from a use sorted consumption data base for storing the prescribed limit value and real quantity consumed from the quantitative side of the mail and a user is allowed to perform prescribed action processing based on the table, so that private mails in an enterprise can be especially reduced and user's cost consciousness can be improved.</p> |
