PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backstay holder structure of a boiler in which a backstay and a water-cooled wall can be connected easily and positively. SOLUTION: To a water-cooled wall 10 are fixed L-shaped fittings 21a, 21b opened downwardly and L-shaped fittings 21c, 21d opened upwardly, and then a tie plate 11 is slidably engaged with it. To the tie plate 11 is fixed one flange surface 311 of a holder 31. The other flange surface 312 of the holder 31 is slidably engaged with a flange surface of a backstay through a pair of backstay pressing fittings 32a to 32b fixed to a flange surface of the backstay.
