PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a magnet clip such as a conventional eyeball clip with magnet used by opening a clipping part putting hand grip parts together has such faults that things having a hook or a hole are hardly be attached by a magnetic force, and dolls and the like are hardly be displayed on a steel surface since the attachment by the magnetic force is clear, furthermore the magnet clip can not be attached to a tile part of a kitchen or a cloth wall surface and the like of a wash room and rooms like that, then a magnetic tool attachable to an appropriate underwear is not found although a magnet is good for health. SOLUTION: The magnet, or the magnet and a backing material is/are attached to the gem clip with an adhesive and the like. A hole for attaching in a wall side or an adhesive part in the rear surface is provided in a thin horizontally long plate. Furthermore, the magnetic underwear is formed with the gem clip whereto the magnet is attached with the adhesive or the like.
