PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a better accuracy in bending position for a tape electric wire and avoid a load on a connection between the tape electric wire and a connector terminal at the time of wiring pretreatment. SOLUTION: A pair of notched portions 51 to 53 is formed in place at either end of the edge across the width of a tape electric wire 2. Fitting a pair of pin members 11 to 13 into the pair of the notched portions 51 to 53 in sequence caucus the tape electric wire 2 to be secured in its length and across its width, thus making the tape motionless. This enables the tape electric ware 2 to be assembled with a good accuracy with the tape fixed. An accurate bending position in the tape electric wire 2 allows a constant wiring pattern of a wire harness 1 and a constant wiring length of the harness. This permits a wire harness 1 with a pre-determined wiring pattern to be assembled quickly and easily into a predetermined position as in a car roof.
