SOLUTION: This device snow damage-preventing apparatus prevents the device 16, having a movable part 16b and set outdoors via a fixing part 16a, from snow damage. The apparatus has an umbrella-shaped heater 30 set to the periphery of the fixing part 16a of the device 16.
