PURPOSE: A coffee maker is provided to adjust the making time and density of coffee directly by making coffee with a proper unit and to make high quality of coffee easily with hot water and coffee through a filter. CONSTITUTION: A coffee maker consists of: a body(10) having the upper surface opened and the lower surface closed, including a grip(11) and an outlet(12); a cap(20) mounted at the upper surface of the body, having an air discharge hole(21); a push bar(30) having a grip(31) positioned at the upper surface of the cap through the cap; an upper filter unit(40) attached to the lower surface of the push bar, having a filter(41) of mesh type; and a lower filter unit(50) mounted at the lower end of the upper filter unit removably, keeping coffee(C) therein, having a filter(51) of mesh type. The coffee maker makes coffee by forcibly extracting coffee through an artificial piston movement of the two filter units in the body. Therefore, everybody can adjust the making time and density of coffee simply with hot water.
