The integral compress and pants assembly for women comprises an absorbent compress material e.g. sewn into position. The compress can also be incorporated in the woven assembly during manufacture, the assembly varying in line with the menstrual cycle. The garment can have longitudinal slits closed via velcro or other fasteners, to facilitate replacement.
