A glass-container accommodating unit that accommodates a bottom part of a first glass container of a conical shape is provided on a bottom face of a cylindrical motor-accommodating unit in which a motor is built and which is pivotally supported by a turning shaft. In the first and second glass containers, negatively charged metallic silicon is sealed. The first glass container is turned around the turning shaft to press the peak part of the first glass container to a human body.
