PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for controlling to transmit a command of OMP(Operation & Maintenance Processor) at occurring overload of HLR(Home Location Register) are provided to improve a system stabilization by selecting and transmitting a command inputted from the OMP when an HLR system is in an overload state. CONSTITUTION: An OLC(Over Load Control)(110) in an HLR(100) divides and transmits overload states of the HLR(100) when overload occurs. An OBDM(OMP Data Base Manager) processor(210) in an OMP(200) is inputted and transmits the overload states from the OLC(110) and manages a database. A shared memory(220) stores the overload states of HLR(100). A CIAM(Command Interpreter for Administration & Maintenance) processor(230) processes the corresponding data according to the stored overload states, when an operator command is inputted. An RMI(Remote MMC(Man Machine Command) Interface) processor(240) processes the corresponding data according to the stored overload states, when an operator command transmitted from long distance is inputted. A CCI(Customer Command Interface)(250) executes only a set function. |
