<p>A laser condensing device (14) comprises a plurality of laser light sources (22), the reflective spatial light modulator (38) for modulating laser light (L) to align the wave fronts of laser beams (L) from the laser light sources (22), and a condenser lens (40) for condensing laser beans (L) from the reflective spatial light modulator (38). The condenser lens condenses laser beams having the wave fronts aligned by the reflective spatial light modulator (38) to obtain small-spot, high-energy-density laser beams.</p> |
