PURPOSE: Provided is a dryer for treating food waste, which eliminates moisture by transferring the food waste by a natural dropping method and keeps the moisture to be 20-30% by supplying hot blast in order to ease aftertreatment. CONSTITUTION: The dryer(10) for treating the food waste comprises: a hexahedral body(13) comprising an inner body(11) and an outer body(12), which has an injecting hole(14) with a lid, a discharge hole(15), and supporting legs(16); guides(22, 23) on the both side of which partitions(20) are protruded and in the center of which open parts(21) are formed, which is inclined downward to drop the food waste in zigzag naturally; auxiliary guides(24, 25) mounted on the end of the guides(22, 23); a blowing fan(28) for supplying the hot blast generated from a heat exchange(27) to dry the food waste, which is mounted on the upper part of the discharge hole(15); an oscillator(26) for shaking the body(13) to help the natural dropping of the food waste. |
