PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a stocker member to a stock position at proper timing after a predetermined number of sheet bundles are accumulated on a carrier member even when an interval of sheet material conveyed by a conveyance means is changed. SOLUTION: When a stocker and lifter control part 44 detects an Nth PS form 102 by a signal from an edge sensor 40, it computes a sheet interval between the Nth PS form 102 and a (N+1)th PS form 102 by signals from the edge sensor 40 and a pulse oscillator 45. The stocker and lifter control part 44 judges travel start timing of stockers 22, 23 so that the stockers 22, 23 do not collide against the Nth PS form 102, respectively, and the (N+1)th PS form 102 is loaded on the stockers 22, 23 without fail based on the sheet interval between the Nth PS form 102 and the (N+1)th PS form 102.
