The invention relates to a binder mechanism that is characterized by a novel, especially easy to handle construction of the lever mechanism. The inventive mechanism allows for easy insertion and turning over of documents in the opened state and has a stable construction that is inexpensive to produce and that meets today's demands on ergonomics and esthetics. The inventive binder mechanism is based on the proven base construction that consists of a baseplate (1), alignment pegs projecting above said baseplate and a bearing block (31), and uses a two-part actuator device that preferably consists of a pressure element (36) and a guide element (38) and that actuates a leaf spring (10) that opens or closes the fold-down ring (11). |
