CONDUCTIVE MEMBER, PROCESS CARTRIDGE AND ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive member in an electrophotographic device, the member having flexibility and low environmental dependence of the electric resistance and hardly inducing C-set (compression set) failure even when the member is left in contact with another member for a long period of time in a high temperature and high humidity environment.

SOLUTION: The conductive member includes a conductive substrate 1 and an elastic layer 2. The elastic layer contains an ionic conductive rubber and hollow particles, wherein the hollow particles have a shell comprising a resin having a unit derived from ethylene oxide.
