<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve conventional problems that in a taping apparatus for thermocompression-bonding a cover tape to a carrier tape, highly accurate components are required for uniform thermocompression-bonding, and adjustment takes time when replacing a tape heating section and a tape holding section for a tape with a different size. SOLUTION: The taping apparatus for interposing the carrier tape and the cover tape between the tape heating section which vertically moves and the tape holding section which receives the tape heating section for thermocompression-bonding sealed portions of both tapes comprises a trashing mechanism constituted to mount the tape holding section, wherein the tape holding section traces an operating of the tape heating section.</p> |
