PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in practical strength even though the strength is lowered in simple remolding using recycled wastes of synthetic resin. SOLUTION: In a gutter provided with a synthetic resin core layer and a synthetic resin coating layer covering the outside face of the core layer, the composition of the core layer contains thermoplastic resin wastes of 100 pts.wt., a molding assistant of 1-10 pts.wt., and a shock resistance improving agent of 5-30 pts.wt. In addition, the thickness of the core layer is 50-90% of the overall thickness of the gutter.
