PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a main wiring board or line exchange system, that can separate a voice signal from a high-speed digital signal and can conduct a metal line test with sufficient accuracy. SOLUTION: A voice signal from a telephone set 112 and a high-speed digital signal from a personal computer terminal 113 are given to a primary protection module 115, in a wiring board 101 via a metal line 111. The primary protection module 115 is provided with a splitter circuit in addition to a protection circuit against an overvoltage and an overcurrent. The splitter circuit separates the voice signal and the high-speed digital signal by frequencies and outputs the former to a jumper wire use voice signal terminal 114, and the latter to a jumper wire use high-speed digital signal terminal 117. In a test conducting state, a relay contact (not shown) is switched and the metal line 11 is connected to a metal line test unit 122 at this side of a splitter circuit, then the test is conducted with high accuracy.
