PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design a residence, in which a section capable of being remodeled is installed previously to a habitable room for a person to be nursed by supposing that care is required with aging of a non-physically handicapped person in the new construction. SOLUTION: The combination of layout units 1-6, 9-10 selected and combined from a plurality of base elements such as a bed, a toilet, a wash stand or the like required in the case of leading daily living of the nursed person is designed so as to be able to remodel the base elements into a pattern selected from a plurality of preset patterns 1-8 by deciding from two or more of conditions in physical function conditions due to a helping walkable state or a wheelchair usable state of the nursed person, helping conditions due to whether or not a helper sleeps in the same room in the case of the sleeping of the nursed person, and dining-hall conditions as to whether or not the habitable room for the nursed person is the same floor as a helper dining hall. A piping or piping path for posteriorly installing a toilet and a lavatory for the nursed person is particularly prepared and mounted. |
