PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high bit rate and low bit rate transmitting method for the remote control link of satellite, which is called telemetry, tracking and command(TTC) link, for enabling various bit rates in the remote control link of a satellite corresponding to various stages in the service life of the satellite and a transmitter/receiver capable of transmitting/receiving on the remote control link. SOLUTION: Corresponding to the bit rate required for the link, the direct modulation of a carrier wave for high bit rate transmission or modulation using the sub-carrier wave of the carrier wave for low bit rate transmission is used. |
