PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label for deducing a delivery addresses comprising a sheet formed by having at least a tag slip and a storage slip, expressing the respective slips and separably forming these tags and provides each slip with at least a production lot number display column indicating one production unit and a production history number display column indicating a production history within the one production unit. SOLUTION: When the unexpected situation, such as quality defect, arises in one of the delivery addresses relating to the products, such as packaging materials, manufactured in the one production unit used in the multiple delivery addresses, this label for deducing the delivery addresses is capable of deducing the address for delivery of the products, such as another packaging materials, for which the similar unexpected situation is anticipated, among the products, such as the packaging materials, of the corresponding production nit. The label and the method for deducing the delivery addresses using this label are provided.
