PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow management system capable of incorporating a person whose individual information is not managed by the system in a workflow as an approving person/a reader. SOLUTION: An applicant prepares a document by an application document preparation means 11 on a workflow management computer 1 and specifies an ID for the contact destination of the approving person or the reader within management and a mail address for the approving person or the reader out of the management. An approval and reference password setting means 12 adds a password set to a contact destination ID, attaches a document ID (consistent number) and performs registration to an application document management data base D2. In the case that the contact destination specification of a newly registered document is the mail address, a contact person judgment means 13 activates a password contact mail preparation/issuance means 14, issues the password for approval/for perusal dedicated to the document ID and issues the electronic mail of an approval/perusal request to a user out of the management. The user of the management who receives the mail inputs the document ID and the password and performs access. |
