PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal that can set various speech plans whose speech charges are different, depending on a speech opposite party, a speech zone and a speech time zone, immediately and easily recognize whether or not a set speech plan is advantageous for a speech form of a user and quickly take measures to change the speech plan or the like. SOLUTION: A difference between a speech charge according to a set speech plan and a speech charge in other speech plan being a comparison object is calculated (#18) and the difference obtained by the calculation and which speech plan is advantageous from the standpoint of the cost are displayed (#19).
