PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a packaging bag of such a type that a mouth can be closed as desired or the mouth can be adhesively sealed wherein the nonwoven fabric packaging bag for a disk is thick and firm, and an index or recorded contents can be directly written on a rear face. SOLUTION: A bag front face of a transparent film (1) is overlaid on a bag lining comprising a nonwoven fabric (2) laminated on a synthetic resin film (3) having a blank printed face (4), and right, left and base sides are welded (5) to from a bag body. As desired, the transparent film (1) may be equipped with a sealing edge (7) with a border as a crease (6), or the laminated nonwoven fabric (2) may be equipped with an edge (10) both serving as a sealing edge and an index edge which is successively extended. In addition, the sealing edge (7) may be processed into an adhesive seal. The crease (6) need not be made on each of the edges.
