PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for adjusting oil supply to a shuttle of a sewing machine capable of easily adjusting the quantity of he oil in the shuttle. SOLUTION: This oil supply adjusting device is provided with an oil supply pump for supplying the lubricating oil stored under a sewing machine bed B to a shuttle sliding part, an oil supply pipe for connecting the oil supply pump and the shuttle sliding part to each other, and an oil quantity adjusting unit 4 arranged on an oil supply passage of the oil supply pipe and for adjusting the quantity of the oil supplied to oil quantity adjusting members 13, 14. The oil quantity adjusting unit 4 is disposed at the lower part of the machine bed and the oil quantity adjusting members 13, 14 are fitted on the front facing a worker. The oil quantity adjusting members are arranged so as to face an opening part 25b or 25c formed at the front of an under cover 25 for covering a lower part of the sewing machine bed B and arranged opposed to the worker. The oil quantity adjusting members is formed of the rough adjusting member 13 and the fine adjusting member 14, and the opening part 25b or 25c of the under cover 25 is arranged in a range corresponding to the fine adjusting member 14.
