PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the wood pulp screening treatment of large amounts with a lowered motive power by inhibiting the screen cylinder from being clogged relating to the paper stock screener. SOLUTION: In the stirring chamber 7 formed between a couple of the outside and inside screen cylinders 1a, 1b, one or a plurality of blades are arranged so that the blades can rotate, as a prescribed minute gap is remained to the outside and inside cylinders 1a, 1b and the stirring chamber 7 is substantially sectioned in the circumferential direction by the blade 12.
