PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a striped plate having a projecting rib which has a good shape and which is high enough, securing plastic flow for materials when the projecting rib is formed, by raising an area percentage in thick portions wherein the projecting rib is formed. SOLUTION: The striped plate has a plurality projecting ribs formed on the surface of a plate. When a rib length of the projecting rib is L, a rib width is W and an interval adjoining each projecting rib is D, the area percentage SR of a rib forming portion calculated as SR=50πLW/D2 is 20% or more and the relationship of L+W<root2×D is established.
