PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food-derived anti-inflammatory composition that can be safely and easily prepared and not causing any side effect even when continously taken. SOLUTION: The blood components of livestock animals in which an inflammation was induced by administering at least a single species of prophlogistic substances selected from among carageenan, liquid paraffin, medium chain fatty acid triglyceride, lipopolysaccharide, muramyl-dipeptide(MDP) and their mixture and/or anti-inflammatory composition whose effective components are livestock foodstuffs to which the said blood components are shifted. It is particularly favorable in this invention when carageenan, liquid paraffin and their mixture are selected from at least a single species as the said prophlogistic substance. It is also favorable when the said livestock animal is hen or cow and when the said livestock foodstuff is egg or milk. |
