The present invention relates to a detergent composition containing a detersive surfactant, at least one plyamino acid compound and at least one protein, wherein said polyamino acid compound and said protein are in close physical proximity, and which shows excellent storage stability, especially against enzymes, bleaches and high alkalinity. A process for producing said polyamino acid compound and said protein mixture in an agglomerate form, further incorporated in a detergent composition is also provided.
