PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forklift truck for maintaining its beauty without paying careful attention to work for welding and painting to produce a less number of assembling processes and for easily achieving a desired design. SOLUTION: A resin cover 30 is provided for integrating a step portion 31 for covering a step 29 on which a foot is put during getting-in and -out, a mud guard cover portion 32 for covering a mud guard cover 41 for a wheel 39 and a cylinder cover portion 33 for covering a tilting cylinder 26.
