PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both an apron tension lever capable of reducing the cost by integral molding and preventing fly wastes from sticking and a device thereof. SOLUTION: This apron tension lever is characterized in that a lever base end 100, a lever arm part 101 and a tensioning part 107 are formed of a single plank by press working and curved surfaces 114 and 115 and a shallow groove 116 for reducing the sliding resistance of an apron AP are formed in an apron sliding surface 110 in the tensioning part 107 by the press working in the apron tension lever having the lever base end 100 for inserting and passing a tension rod 2 therethrough, the lever arm part 101 installed extendedly from the lever base end 100 and the tensioning part 107 provided on the tip side of the lever arm part 101 and capable of applying a tension to the apron AP revolving around a bottom roller.
