PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting device that connects at least two members with each other freely turnably, is easy in connecting/disconnecting operations and is improved in durability and reliability under connected condition. SOLUTION: Connecting device has headed connecting pins 4 penetrating through connecting pieces 2, 3 and slip stop plates 5 positioned freely attachably/ detachably via bolts 6 with hexagonal hole at plane cut portion 2B on outer surface of connecting piece 2 to which the end of connecting pin 4 is projected. Ring groove 4B is made on the tip portion of connecting pin 4. U-shaped notch end portion 5B engageable over half circle of ring type groove 4B is formed on the slip stop plate 5 in step shape.
