PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for sticking a waterproof sheet, by which safety and work-environment are improved and the certainty of adhesion of a floor slab made of concrete or steel or the like to the base surface is readily discriminated by an execution worker. SOLUTION: In the sticking method of the waterproof sheet 3, which is laid between the base surface 1 of concrete or a steel floor slab and an asphalt layer 2 to waterproof the foundation surface 1 and which a surface stuck on the base surface is composed of a thermoplastic material 6, glass powder 8 is attached on the sticking surface of the waterproof sheet, and the sticking surface conducts irregular reflection and has no glossiness under a normal state, but glass powder is taken into the thermoplastic material and the sticking surface conducts reflection and has glossiness under the state, in which the sticking surface is heated and the waterproof sheet 3 is stuck on the surface to be stuck of the foundation surface at a timing, when the sticking surface has glossiness, injecting hot air at 400 deg.C against the sticking surface of the waterproof sheet 3 and heating the sticking surface.
