<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal information terminal by which a containing part for a communication cable can be downsized, while making it possible to contain and pull out the communication cable easily and stably. SOLUTION: A drum part, including a drum 1 and a fixed component 3, is rotatably retained in a drum box part which is part of a box part 5 of a personal information terminal such as potable personal computer or the like, and reels up a cable part 2 to contain it. The drum 1 and the fixed component 3 are fixed to each other, and a cable 2a1 is reeled up for containing with a reeling part 1d. The drum box part supports the drum part with a positioning wall 5a which positions the reeling up part 1d of the drum 1 and a flange 5b which stretches inside the positioning wall 5a. The cable 2a1, with its one end connected to a wiring substrate, penetrates the bottom part 3b of the drum, is led inside the drum, and further penetrates the side wall of the reeling up part 1d to be reeled up on an outer side face 1d1 such that the other end of the cable is connected to a connector 2b1 which can be contained in the box part 5.</p> |
