PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a publicly owned athletic IC card having a function for purchasing a voting ticket and for holding points. SOLUTION: This athletic IC card is provided with a racing horse list fetching means 2 for fetching a racing horse list, a voting contents storing means 6 for storing voting ticket purchase contents, a racing horse list check means 5 for judging whether or not the voting ticket purchase contents are accurate by collating them with the racing horse list, an accumulated point calculating means 8 for obtaining accumulated points by adding new points to the points held until that time, and a point storing means 9 for holding the accumulated points. |
