PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor which permits programs in it to be altered without any external devices. SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with a flash ROM (non- volatile memory) 3 to store programs read from a memory card 15 through card interface 5 and a CPU 1 to execute programs stored in the flash ROM 3.
