PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the piping of a gas meter with a small number of piping parts and to perform horizontal adjustment. SOLUTION: A handle 23 for opening/closing is mounted so that it faces the front, and at the same time an inlet side piping member 20 and an outlet piping member are provided. Further, an insertion part that is inserted from a lower part to an inlet gas inflow port 26 of the inlet side piping member 20 and the outlet side piping member and an outlet side gas outflow port so that it can be slid and rotated, can be airtight, and cannot be pulled out is formed on an upper outer-periphery surface, and a sleeve 70 where a taper inner screw 76 is formed is provided at the lower entrance of a gas channel 71 that is formed thought the inside. Then, the lower entrance of the sleeve 70 is mounted to an inlet side gas pipe 1 and an outlet side gas pipe 2. Then, a gas meter A is mounted to the inlet side piping member 20 and the outlet side piping member 50, the gas meter A is made horizontal while moving the sleeve 70 up and down, and a fixing screw 90 is clamped, thus completing piping.
