The present invention relates to a cap member (10) on or for a container (1) holding a fluid and/or foam intended to be dispensed through an orifice (4) in a tubular member (5) carried by a dispensing device (not shown) that forms part of a closure for said container. The cap member has an opening through which a part of said tubular member can protrude and a base opening dimensioned to seat on the dispensing device. The cap member is configured and/or constructed to restrict the extent by which and/or the time for which the dispensing member can be actuated.
